When we tried to put the card holder in the binder on Sat evening, one of the rivets of the binder was not attached. The store was closed on Sunday when we had to leave to come back to NC. What is the policy for returns or exchanges. We have the receipt. Have made several attempts to call and rings through to a fax machine. Please let us know what to do.
